Qualified Lead Carpenters with experience in residential and/or commercial construction.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
– Produce a project from start to finish
– Oversee and coordinate subcontractors as required
– Ability to use all power tools
– Excellent craftsmanship and work ethics
– Construction Supervisor License (CSL)
– OSHA certification preferred
– Own hand tools
– Current drivers’ license and transportation (DOT medical card a plus)
Skills:
– Drywall and/or texturing
– Painting
– Cabinetry install/repair
– Trim work (baseboards, casing, interior doors, etc.)
